Home Learning Activities

Staff at Homefields will provide carefully planned and appropriate provision for your children if they are isolating due to Covid.  They will also provided a wide range of activities for your children to complete during a whole class or whole school closure period. These have been planned to allow children to take part in a variety of challenges (wider than English and Maths) to continue to develop their knowledge and experience of the wider world.

During  a whole class or whole school closure, each class will receive a daily message via Class Dojo. This will signpost you to some suggested activities for the day.

Year 5 and 6

If a child from year 5 or 6 is required to self-isolate, a link to a Google drive will be sent through Classdojo allowing them to access activities and tasks. Wherever possible, learning will mirror what is happening in class to allow continutiy in his or her education. This information will be shared with parents and children through Classdojo when it is required. In the event of a whole school closure, the same system will apply.
