Bookings must be made for each half term using the booking forms, which are emailed to registered users of the clubs. They are also available on the website, or paper copies are available from the school office.
We require 7 days notice for any cancellations and/or amendments to your child's sessions. Please email any changes/amendments to office@homefields.derby.sch.uk.
Parents are required to complete a new registration form each academic year.
Please hand your completed registration and booking forms to the school office.
